Mountain Road Publishing has a No Questions Asked refund/return policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of A Friend on the Porch, please send an email or call within 30 days of receipt of the book.

If a refund is requested, you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price of the book – including shipping and handling.  

If the book was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to issue a full refund (including shipping and handling) or send another copy.

Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days following receipt of your written request.  Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

Please note:  If you are requesting a refund for A Friend on the Porch or a replacement copy (due to damage during shipping), it is not necessary to return your original purchase to Mountain Road Publishing.
